Little is known of this organization, beyond the fact that they had been funding Dr. Naehring's research at the Ashecliffe Asylum. Apparently capable of mobilizing a platform capable of launching an ICBM (or maintaining one within striking distance) within 48 hours as well as manipulation of mass-media, the organization's full capabilities are of yet unknown.
